Spirit Speaks – Healing Tools For Self Work

image Self healing from www.care2.com

Last night, I taught my second workshop on Self Healing Tools.  The workshop notice was:

PART TWO
“GATHERING UP MY PIECES”
(2 hours) Prerequisite: “Three Tools to use in Self Healing”
Through many lifetimes, including this lifetime, we give away pieces of ourselves. We may do this by making promises that we vow will “last forever”. Or, we may simply leave part of ourselves behind when we have unresolved life issues. Join Judy Hirst, BA CMA, ATP® CBP® as she facilitates a session where:

  1. You learn a chant to clear the mind grid level, the DNA level, karmic contracts, and the core level (called the outer levels).
  2. A level one Universal Healing to release judgement, personal disempowerment, and abandonment.

Participants should bring a journal, a cushion, and a blanket. Each participant will walk away with the printed copy of each tool so they will be able to use it over and over in their journey.

So much more happened in this workshop than what the words say that the participant should expect!  Great Spirit or The Divine shaped this workshop so gracefully that each of us could feel the big changes that occurred from step to step in the workshop.  It was exciting!

The first step in the workshop was to assess how our bodies felt.

1. Do an assessment of your body by rating pieces on a scale of one to ten, where 10 means you feel absolutely wonderful and 1 means you feel absolutely awful. Rate :

a. how your feet feel,

b. how your legs feel,

c. how your hips feel,

d. how your back feels

e. how your abdomen feels

f. how your heart and lungs feel

g. how your arms and shoulders feel

h. how your throat and ears and nose feels

i. how your third eye area feels,

j. how your head and crown feel

Sometimes, even just paying attention to your body at this level of detail will cause a shift in your health.  Awareness means that you have become more “mindful” of your body.  “Mindful” means that you are in the present moment since it is difficult to rate your body in the past or future.

Try this process of self evaluation as part of your first step to healing.  Let me know how it works for you.
