Several days ago, we received the message above. And then today, our guides asked us to the mountains, to connect with the Earth. We were guided to into the Kananaskis area, to offer honour to the land, the water, the air, and the fire. We spent the day touching the Earth – sitting on the Earth, loving the Earth, letting the Earth refresh us.
