Angels Speak - Who Are You

image

As we walk through the changes that are being forged throughout the world, we can feel like we are walking in nothingness.  We can ground ourselves and find our way through stressful times through meditation.

Perhaps it is time to look inside for the reasons that you feel unhappy or distraught with your work, your family, and your life in general.  Really, our lives are how we have imagined them to be.  And, we can change the image of how our life is to be.

Tarot Message - Osho–New Vision

image

The card that keeps coming up in the Osho Zen Tarot Deck is the NEW VISION card.  It seems fitting because Summer Solstice has just happened, and it is a time to create the new look of who you are to become.

Part of the information on this card is:

The figure on this card is being born anew, emerging from his earthbound roots and growing wings to fly into the unbounded. The geometric shapes around the body of the figure show the many dimensions of life simultaneously available to him. The square represents the physical, the manifest, the known. The circle represents the unmanifest, the spirit, pure space. And the triangle symbolizes the threefold nature of the universe: manifest, unmanifest, and the human being who contains both.--Osho Zen: The Diamond Thunderbolt, Chapter 9

Does this apply to you?

Spirit Animal - Deer Family

image

The Deer family came out of the bush and on to the edge of the lawn.  Mother Deer was very cautious.   She looked both ways before letting Junior out.  Once out of the woods, Junior wanted to run and play.  Another Deer and her two fawns were coming out of the bush further west.  Junior spotted them, and like all kids, wanted a chance to play with his buddies.

The two Moms moved together as the fawns played.  Moms were sharp eyed and did not eat, but kept swiveling their heads to make sure danger was not around. After the little guys worked off some energy, both parents herded the fawns to patches of grass and urged them to start nibbling.  Then they took them to some different trees and showed them that the leaves were good to eat.  The last stop was the flower bed where they showed the fawns which flowers they could eat.

It was a lot of fun to watch.  There were also some good lessons about life in the deer family's outing.  What lessons did you pick up on?

Spirit Animal - Canada Goose

image

The Canada Goose was out with her newest offspring, letting them get used to the water.  She and Dad Goose were very mindful of anyone or anything getting too close to the babies.

The Canada Goose is a wonderful example of having children and setting them free.

  • In the beginning of their life, the goslings are the most important part of the parent's life.
  • Mama Goose teaches the babies the correct things to eat, how to move through different currents, how to see danger and how to be safe.  The goslings take it all in.
  • As the goslings get older, the parents teach them about the "oneness" of the flock, and about being in service to the flock.  Service involves things like taking your turn as lead on the flying squad, staying fit, and taking your turn at guard duty.
  • The goslings move forward in life with a sense of strong self worth, ready to take on anything, and to travel great distances.

Angels Speak - Are You With The Right People

image
The truth in this poster is almost staggering.  We all want friends or family that we can be totally open with.  Most of us know that we cannot tell them are truest thoughts because the listener will not be respectful of those thoughts.

We move through the world with discretion, trying to be true to what we want to do, wanting to please those important to us, and doing and saying things that will not hurt others.
We are strange in our actions.

Angels Speak–15 Quotes on Kindness

image
The following information came from an article on LIFEHACK at http://www.lifehack.org/387767/15-quotes-about-kindness.  It seems that we are lacking kindness and compassion in the world so I thought it was worth sharing.
Please print this out and pin it in your office at work.

15 quote about kindness

1. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop
2. “Our human compassion binds us the one to the other – not in pity or patronizingly, but as human beings who have learnt how to turn our common suffering into hope for the future.” – Nelson Mandela
3. “There is nothing more truly artistic than to love people.” – Vincent Van Gogh
4. “Those who make compassion an essential part of their lives find the joy of life. Kindness deepens the spirit and produces rewards that cannot be completely explained in words. It is an experience more powerful than words. To become acquainted with kindness one must be prepared to learn new things and feel new feelings. Kindness is more than a philosophy of the mind. It is a philosophy of the spirit.” – Robert J. Furey
5. “The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the greatest intention.” – Kahlil Gibran
6. “How lovely that everyone, great and small, can make a contribution toward introducing justice straightaway. And you can always, always give something, even if it is only kindness!” – Anne Frank
7. “Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.” — Princess Diana
8. “A good character is the best tombstone. Those who loved you and were helped by you will remember you when forget-me-nots have withered. “ – Charles H Spurgeon
9. “Treat everyone with politeness, even those who are rude to you — not because they are nice, but because you are.” — Author Unknown
10. “During my second year of nursing school our professor gave us a quiz. I breezed through the questions until I read the last one: “What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?” Surely this was a joke. I had seen the cleaning woman several times, but how would I know her name? I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Before the class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our grade. “Absolutely,” the professor said. “In your careers, you will meet many people. All are significant. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say hello.” I’ve never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her name was Dorothy.” — JoAnn C. Jones, Guideposts, January 1996
11. “By swallowing evil words unsaid, no one has ever harmed his stomach.” — Winston Churchill
12. “Sure the world breeds monsters, but kindness grows just as wild… ” — Mary Karr, The Liars’ Club: A Memoir, 1995
13. “The kind of beauty I want most is the hard-to-get kind that comes from within; Strength, Courage, Dignity.” – Ruby Dee
14. “I’m convinced of this: Good done anywhere is good done everywhere. For a change, start by speaking to people rather than walking by them like they’re stones that don’t matter. As long as you’re breathing, it’s never too late to do some good.” – Maya Angelou
15. “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” — Plato

Angels Speak - Be A Good Person

image

Life moves quickly.  Although it would be a wonderful thing to be able to "prove" what you have done to others, we simply do not have time.  The Universe gives us opportunities to be kind to others, kind to animals, kind to the Earth, and kind to ourselves, every day.

We may or may not know what kindness is.  Kindness comes from the heart and can be both learned and intuitive.  Some of us may not even know when a kindness is done to us/for us.  We are stretched to let go of our belief systems, to act with compassion.

We do not know how to live life.  The Angels say that it is simply a matter of letting go of over thinking a situation.  By letting go, and feeling love, we can all act with the greatest and highest good guiding us.

Angels Speak - Everyone Can Meditate

image

The Angels tell us that meditation is the way to let your self become free.  They say that one can find the light that leads to the Source and, peace becomes the truth.

You can learn to meditate from a guru, a Buddhist priest, a spiritual teacher – well, you can think of the many other ways you can learn.

Meditation is one way to become calm with all of the turmoil from politics, war, terrorism, illness, and the everyday challenges of life.  A friend remarked the other day that everyone seems angry these days.  Perhaps everyone is angry.  Meditation is a great way to move past the anger and get to the core of why one is angry.

Spirit Animal - Tracy's Story of Hummingbird

image

I am very blessed that many of the readers of this blog send me emails and wonderful stories about their experiences with angels, animals, and with the Universe.

One of the wonderful stories is the focus of this blog.  Tracy has kindly given me permission to share her story about Hummingbird.  Thank, you again Tracy.  May you continue to have wonderful experiences with Hummingbird.

                                  Tracy's Story

I went to my grandfathers grave yesterday, may 28th, 2016 - I hadn't been there in years due to the pain it brought.

I sat and talked to my grandfather telling him the events of my life, crying and letting him know I was pregnant and scared, praying for strength to get through my abusive relationship, praying that he send me a sign like so many times before, finally letting him know that I loved and missed him wished he was still alive to guide me.

About to leave I got up and placed my hand on the Mausoleum wall saying grandpa I love you so much and I'm sorry for not coming sooner I feel you in my heart. As I closed my eyes prayed and touched the part of his plaque that read Luis g. Delgado beloved grandfather(quriedo Abuelo)  a hummingbird appeared out of no where - fluttering what seemed like two inches from my face creating noise and wind. It scared me and when I opened my eyes I saw it.  My heart palpitating I backed up and knew! I smiled and thanked God and grandpa alike. I said, " I'll see you soon grandpa" and walked to my car and called my dad.

He said he's your guardian he's always looking out for you. I sat in my car and cried missing him but understanding he was ok and by my side. It's been seventeen years since he's passed and not having experienced anything like this before, it gave me strength and hope. My grandfather is the guiding light in the darkest journey of my life I love you and miss you everyday. I pray and talk to you and I know that you hear me now. I'll love you forever - Until we met again. I can't wait.

Angels Speak - Lesson to Remember

image

It is interesting to feel the emotions that race through you when you are the brunt of someone's anger.  When they criticize you for what you have done, where you have been, what you are doing, how you are doing it, and where you are going, you have to wonder, "What could they possibly know about my journey?  They have not been present for most of it."

When you come to that realization, then you can understand that they are really totally out of touch with reality when they think that they control you and your life.  It is a mystery why people want to insert themselves in other people's lives without any invitation to do so.

I always wonder what kind of karma will catch up with them, and I let them go.

Angels Speak - Life Needs To Be Simpler

image

Is life complicated?  I think it is now more complicated than at any time in history.  A hundred years ago, cars were a rarity.  Today, we have self driving cars.  We focus on what we want and not what we need to live a reasonably good life.  We strive for more of everything.

We are motivated, influenced, pressured, and shamed into doing things and into buying things.  We do not do what our heart wants; we do what is expected.

How do we keep sane in this kind of environment.  We find coping tools.  Exercise, team sports, and meditation all help us cope.

Angels Speak–Significance of Numbers

image

I was browsing through a write up on the site http://spiritlibrary.com/shanta-gabriel/everything-is-coming-up-angels and a comment about numbers caught my interest.  The writer was Zorro, and I am grateful that Zorro took the time to comment.

In my world, nine is the number of completion, or of returning to source to begin something new again.  Zorro has some wonderful illustrations of the power of nine. Here is some of what she/he shared.

There are 54 years in a triple Saros cycle. In other words, it takes 54 years for the Sun, Moon and Earth to return to nearly identical celestial geometry such that an eclipse occurs on the same day and at the same time. (some references from www.secretsinplainsight.com)

27, 54, 108, 216, 432, 864
These numbers all add up to 9.
Saturn polar diameter: 108,000 km
Saturn orbital period: 10,800 day
Venus orbital distance: 108 million km
Earth orbital velocity: 108,000 km/hour
Sun’s diameter is approximately 108 times the Earth diameter
Earth distance from the Sun: 108 solar diameters
Moon distance from the Earth: 108 lunar diameters

Moon diameter: 2160 miles
Earth meridian circumference: 21,600 nautical miles

25920 years of the galactic cyle/procession of the equinox: 432 x 60, 60 being at the basis of how we measure time
Speed of Light: 432 x 432 miles per second
Solar system speed inside the galaxy: 43200 miles per hour
Jupiter orbital period: 4,320 days
Mars diameter: 4,320 miles

Sun diameter: 864,000 miles
Jupiter diameter: 86,400 miles
Earth day: 86,400 second
The Bible starts off with the famous story that God created the world in 6 days.
6 days equals 86,400 seconds

Angels Speak - Take Time For Self

image

If you are finding that you have a dark time of the soul almost everyday, then it is time for you to start to look within.  A short meditation can help you find the core of strength that we all carry, and which many never discover.

We are at a time when our work-life balance is one sided in favor of work.  Silence and looking within will help us regain some individual power.  We become then like the Willow.  Willow blows with the wind.  It is graceful and strong and flexible and does not fall over.

Our light needs to shine for our own health and well being.  And, it needs to shine to counteract all the forces that want to blow it out.

Spirit Animal - Red Winged Blackbird

image

There were 16 Red Winged Blackbirds sitting together on the branches of willows that ringed the water pond in the park.  They trilled back and forth.  They talked about being here (in the park) for another year.  About the migration from the south, and the food supply, and where there were good spots for the nests.

The discussion highlighted a few things:

  1. Home and neighborhood is important.  It is really good to have friends that you can depend upon.
  2. A supply of good, clean water is important.  The closer to where you live, the better.
  3. Protection, such as the protection to animals/birds offered by the park, gives one peace of mind.
  4. A consistent supply of the right kind of food ensures that you will be able to support your offspring.

This all sounds like good advice.

Spirit Speaks - You Have Boundless Energy Within You

image

You have heard the saying, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going".  It seems that the last several months in Alberta have proved that saying over and over as various things happen to people.  Fires, layoffs, tragedies, giving up homes because mortgages cannot be met, being displaced, facing disease, and the list goes on.

I look at the firefighters that have been battling the fire around Fort Mac that they call "The Beast", and I say that these men must have found that place inside themselves where nothing is impossible for they are doing the impossible.  They have created a change in the way that the fire behaves.  They have fought and prayed, and called on Creator to help them.  They are filled with positivity, with hope, even when everything is black and smoke filled.  Wow.

Nature Speaks–Welcome June 2016

image

Summer seems to be in full swing.  The trees have mature leaves and they are blossoming.  Herbs are ready to be harvested.  The smell of green is in the air.  Life is grand.

The animals all have their babies and birds are sitting on eggs soon to be hatched.  This is a healing time as well as a rebirthing time.

To absorb some of the energy, go out into Nature and just be.  Do not think about or worry about anything.  Take your family on a picnic.  Sit by the river and eat a sandwich and marvel at the change of the season and the passing of this year into the sixth month.

Time, like the river, moves quickly and then slowly, and then meanders.  It always moves ahead.

Is there a lesson in this movement that you need to understand?
