Although Tiger may seem an unlikely guide on life, she comes forward with many thoughts to share about how to live and enjoy your life.
Here are her thoughts:
- Walk your territory (neighborhood) several times a week to keep up with changes around you.
- Stay in harmony with Nature.
- Eat only those foods that are good for your body. These foods increase your health, strength, and longevity.
- Drink lots of clean water.
- Create a routine. Stick with it as much as possible for it will keep you grounded.
