Angels Speak - Who Makes You Smile?

When there is stress in your life, or if you get really angry, remember the people that make you smile, and your stress or fury will dissipate.  If you do not believe me, try it!

Remembering a time when you laughed and shared and enjoyed an activity with someone will totally wipe away stress.  Often, the other person does not remember that particular moment because it did not have the same emotional meaning for that person, at that time. 

Some examples of happy memories:

  • Getting your driver’s license
  • A special Christmas
  • A first date
  • First day at a job…
  • Walking with your grandson or granddaughter
  • Sharing a glass of wine or a cup of tea with a girl friend or boy friend
  • Laughing with family or friends
  • A special wedding
  • A special dance
  • A vacation at a cabin on a lake or up in the mountains

Find your memory that makes you smile or even laugh… it is worth the journey.
