Devils' Trails Are The Worlds Oldest Human Footprints from ItvNews.tv  London: Scientists have confirmed that the oldest human footprints ever found, the Devils Trails in Italy, are 345,000 years old.

The Ancestors have been hovering around for a week now, and the feeling of excitement that their energy generates causes the dogs to bark, to play, and causes a truly uplifting and hopeful feeling in me!  Then today, a headline caught my eye, and I could see why some Ancestors are feeling quite energetic.  Once again, part of their mystery is being unravelled!  The article noted above talks about some of our Ancestors walking on the planet at least 345,000 years ago!  We have much cellular memory in us that we simply were not aware of.

I was curious to see who the Homo Heidelbergenis man was, according to the archeologists.  Here is what Wikipedia says:

"Homo heidelbergensis ("Heidelberg Man") is an extinct species of the genus Homo which may be the direct ancestor of Homo neanderthalensis in Europe. The best evidence found for these hominins date between 600,000 and 400,000 years ago. H. heidelbergensis stone tool technology was considerably close to that of the Acheulean tools used by Homo erectus."

The article goes on to discuss that "heidelberg man" may also be one of the first beings in our history to have ceremony, and to bury their dead.  For too long, we have dismissed man kind that does not have our level of technology as "primitive".  Yet, it may be that what our Ancestors (and many aboriginals) can do with their minds, we humans in the twenty first century must do with created technology and machines.  Who is further ahead?  We have more fear in our lives now, in the generations after the atomic bomb, then our Ancestors could dream of.  They were respectful of the land.  Man, in our time, is a desecrater of the land.

I honour the Ancestors that left the footprints in the rock, that showed their trek up and down the volcano.

May you enjoy stories of the Ancestors!
