From Judy – December 1 2009

This day begins the countdown to Christmas – for some the best family day of the year.  This is also a special month because there are two full moons in this month… one on Dec 2 2009 and one on Dec 31 2009.

December is a strong feminine energy cocooning the Earth, and keeping her safely asleep in the North while awakening the vibrancy of the spring and summer in the South.  December most clearly parallels the concept of duality – being the polar opposite at the same time.  When everything is perfectly in balance, then the path is set for a new beginning.

It seems that we humans are getting set for an ending and a beginning. On the Mayan calendar, today is

Tone: 6 - Flow, Sun Sign: SEED (KAN)
(6th Night of Galactic cycle) – a good day to plant, make new contacts and reconnect with others  --- from the www.Mayanmajix.com

This ties into the Ancestors belief that it was a good time to plant winter wheat and corn in the Northern hemisphere.

So, even while December is a time to rest and recuperate from the summer and harvest, it is also a time of fertility, or creativity.  It is a time to plan, to make ready, and to prepare one’s self for the upcoming time of change.

The blue moon time is a time for all people to set new intentions and to release pain – physical and emotional pain.

May this December assist you in releasing all your pain.
